Delivery

The majority of our printed products will be shipped within 10-15 working days after proof approval. Selected stock products will be delivered next day, depending on availability and ordered before 12.00pm, to ensure same day despatch. For items that is under 2kg may be despatched via Royal Mail first class. 

Unless otherwise stated, an £11 carriage charge will be added at checkout to all UK mainland addresses.  If your order is being shipped outside the UK Mainland, prices will vary, which will be updated at checkout once delivery address has been confirmed. When your order has been paid in full and exceeds £120 in value (excluding VAT), delivery will be free of charge (UK Mainland only). For deliveries outside of the UK, please enquire for pricing. 

If there are any issues with your delivery in regards to missing, incomplete or damaged items, please contact our sales team on 01442 258707.

Please note that if you are purchasing multiple items, we will group these together so that they can be shipped in a single shipment. If you are in urgent need of a particular product then we may make an exception and ship the items separately. 

Returns

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, due to them being unsaleable, however If you are unhappy with the outcome of your product, for example if it is cut wrong or the finish is not to your specifications then you are welcome to contact us directly either by phone or email with an explanation of your concerns. If we find that it is our error then we will issue a replacement or a solution that you are happy with. Just contact our Customer Services team on 01442 258707 and they will be happy to assist.

Please let us know within 14 days of receiving your item of any discrepancies.

Stock items can be returned if they are unopened and unused at the customers own expense.
